Founded in 1900, We are a Referees Society dedicated to helping officials grow, succeed, and enjoy every step of their journey.
From first-time referees to experienced officials, we provide the support, training, and mentoring needed to build confidence and reach the next level. Our community is built on shared experience, honest feedback, and a genuine passion for development.
Through coaching, workshops, and ongoing guidance, we help refine skills, strengthen decision-making, and prepare referees for bigger challenges.
